Shri Vishwanath Temple is a major Hindu temple. This temple is situated in the campus of Banaras Hindu University (BHU) in Varanasi. This temple is completely dedicated to Lord Shiva. This temple is also called New Vishwanath Temple or Birla Temple. This temple is located at a distance of 7 kilometers from Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple. It is believed that the shikhara of this temple is the highest in India.
