Parvan Shradh

Parvan Shradh, also known as Mahalaya Paksha, is a Hindu ritual performed to pay homage to departed ancestors or forefathers during the lunar fortnight known as Pitru Paksha. Pitru Paksha is a 16-day period that falls in the Hindu lunar month of Ashwin (September-October).
